1. Using ShopStart

By creating a store on ShopStart, you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself and your business.

2. Billing

Your store is billed at Rs 250/mo for the first 3 months, then Rs 500/mo thereafter, unless you cancel. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the product listings, images, and text you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and sell everything you list.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use ShopStart to sell illegal goods, engage in fraud, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend stores that violate these terms.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your store at any time from your account settings. There is no long-term contract.

6. Limitation of liability

ShopStart provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
