including the website builder, storefront hosting, checkout, payment processing, delivery integrations, analytics, messaging tools, and any related services made available to merchants and their customers (collectively, the "Services"), and by creating an account, publishing a storefront, or otherwise using the Services in any manner you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described herein and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as set out below, and if you do not agree with any part of this Policy you should discontinue use of the Services immediately, as continued use following any modification to this Policy, which we may make from time to time in our sole discretion and without individualized notice, constitutes your acceptance of the Policy as modified, and it is your responsibility to periodically review this page for changes, and in the course of providing the Services we may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, tax or registration identifiers, bank or payment account details, product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, inventory counts, order and fulfillment records, customer communications, and any other information you choose to submit through forms, support channels, or integrations, as well as information collected automatically through your use of the Services, including device identifiers, browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referring and exit pages, timestamps, clickstream data, session duration, and interaction patterns within the dashboard and storefront, which may be gathered through cookies, pixels, log files, local storage, or comparable technologies operated by us or by third-party providers acting on our behalf, and we may combine any of the foregoing with information obtained from payment processors, delivery and logistics partners, fraud-prevention providers, analytics vendors, and other third parties with whom we maintain business relationships in furtherance of operating and securing the Services, and information so collected may be used for purposes that include but are not limited to operating, maintaining, personalizing, and improving the Services, processing and fulfilling transactions, facilitating communications between merchants and their customers, detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, enforcing our terms and policies, complying with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, responding to your inquiries and providing customer support, sending administrative, transactional, and promotional communications subject to your applicable preferences and opt-out rights, conducting research, analytics, and aggregated or de-identified reporting for internal business purposes, and any other purpose disclosed to you at the time information is collected or to which you otherwise consent, and information may be shared with payment processors, banking partners, delivery and courier services, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, customer support and communication tool providers, analytics and advertising partners, professional advisors, successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights, property, or safety of ShopStart, our merchants, their customers, or the public, or investigate or prevent violations of our terms, and information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected, including jurisdictions that may not offer an equivalent level of data protection, and by using the Services you consent to such transfer, and we retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements, after which information may be deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with our internal retention practices, and we implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, although no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, and depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information in a portable format, and such requests may be submitted through the Help Center and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and subject to verification of identity, and the Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals, and if we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under the applicable age of consent we will take steps to delete such information, and this Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors, and the version posted on this page at any given time shall govern our data practices, and any questions, requests, or concerns regarding this Policy or our data practices generally may be directed to us through the Help Center
